Okay, why cant another user on the same PS3 get a free character? I have an account on PS3 and another person has one account but cant create a free character? thats dumb. How much does it cost to purchase one?

Go to konima's MGO website -- thats where you buy character slots.

As for why you only get to make 1 character -- its because Konima want your money ...

its because they sold it as 2 games first being single player Metal gear solid 4, 2nd being metal gear online they give you one free person per copy pf the game you own, it tells you this if you read the fine print
