MGS 4 a bit confused of these characters

Before I start, I would like to give shout out to every MGS fan out there, ofcourse MGS is more tactical than run and shoot *cough cough halo* so this question is for the intellectual higher end crew....

ok, who in the hell is the other 3 guys Mei Ling is walking with ....if that's not Mei Ling, who is that girl and what are the name of the three dudes...I don't recall anyone with a mo-hawk in any mgs series, i do remember a black dude but i just forgot his name, and that mysterious masked man is just confusing the crap out of me, so before i go crazy up the wall on wikipedia, can someone please just answer these questions...thanks again guys

yeh dude thats my fault, i didn't even mean to say Mei..my fault...but yeh Meryl..my apologies...so that black guy isn't the same guy that calls snake or raiden in part 2 to help with the bombs (im not speakin about the chief guy) im taklin about the one that knew about tha guy...HoVDaHuSTLa1

The dude you talking about is expert in guns and ammunations and stuff... MGS3 and portable ops took place in the 60s.... MGS4 take place in 2014... he probably be in his 70s or old grandpa.

No, it is not the same guy. Also, in MGS3, since is was set in the 60s, they didn't have nano communication, they just used a radios to communicate.
