MGS4 and replay value

it has no replayable at all, u only unlock a crappy things, all u do in the game is sneak in a linear has hell world, and fight the same crap all over again, and its bored me too hell!!jojo198

not only I but my friends and MANY OTHER PEOPLE have a blast replaying this game. I think whats intresting and fun about it is the fun unlockables (worth your time), plus stealth camo and bandana are fun as hell..

what makes mgs4 better then other mgs games in terms of replayvalue is the different types of gameplay options, you can play stealthly the whole game (liek your suppose to), play some stealth and some offensive..or just go COMPLETELY offensive (and its still plausible to beat the game with ease, it may get difficult at some parts)...not to mention the mgs sdatabase with it EXPLAINS THE ENTIRE PAST 20 years of history in the game...The ending is great and worth the ride thru alone, it pretty much sums up the snake saga series of metal gear...

the game is amazing but i have hardly touched it since i completed it.

though it is worth that first play through without doubt and imo PS3 owners shouldnt miss it :)

LOL. So not true. If there is a game with HIGH replay value it would have to be MGS4 which is the most detailed game by far in terms of gameplay and storyline and fun and unlockables that are WORTH to unlock. I have completed MGS4 14 times. I think that's the answer you're waiting for TC. It has loads of stuff to do. Try to take advantage of everything this game has to offer from weapons(over 70 weapons and customizations) to items and use stealth because it feels wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better to play this way. All I can say is the following:

After completing the game 14 times I can finally conclude that playing MGS4 once or twice isn't even close to get everything out of it and trust me when I say this. The more you play the game the more you found out things you never they existed in terms of storyline, easter eggs, fun, gameplay features, unlockables, secrets etc......... This game is LOADED.

I played it, beat it, havent touched it since. Its a great game, and i know eventually ill play it again, but just not any time soon. MGO is terrible.

MSG4 has replay value. The object is to do better and accomplish goals you didn't during your previous run.

yes, this game has great replay value. I have played it 6 times through and i don't usually don't replay games. The only games that i have really replayed a lot are oblivion, mgs4, and FFX.

*note* don't listen to the people who work at a gaming store or in the gaming section. they don't know anything and are simply there because its a job. research along with a clear idea of what you like is much more helpfull.

The Scanning Plug is a weapon. It might not shoot bullets but fork it into someone's eye and you'll hurt him, and when you do so, the plug becomes a weapon, thus there are 70 weapons in the game. I counted them.

wrong, the plug is an item. the 70th weapon is the 1911 custom that is only available through password in the extras menu.
