HUH MGS4 has the best rumble support of any game IMO... And to my memory it does rumble just not as hard.... just think how annoying that would be if it rumbled HARD every time you shot your gun especially a machine gun

That is wierd... do u have a silencer on lol.
But I got my rumble from Japan, but I doubt that means anything... and yea mine rumbles on just about everything I do in certain locations of the controller.
good call,maybe its because of the silencer....but even with the silencer there should be some sort of rumble.ill check now and see if taking it off does aything
mine rumbles with silencer and without, less with of course. the rumble from guns in MGS4 isnt over powering but it does vary from gun to gun and depending on attachments.

Besides pay attention to your gaming in MGS4 a little more closely. You see how you didnt even notice the rumble in shooting... most of the game is like that because you get so caught up u really dont notice the jolts and jilts... making it feel natural imo.
Maybe there should be a rumle option so that u can increase or decrease it for people like u that like a little more enuf in games
ya i took off the silencer on the M4 but still rumble was very weak on it. I mean i know an assault rifle shouldnt rumble as much as a rocket launcher but i shouldnt have to hve a hard time noticing it,at least thats the way i would like it.
I like the slight rumble of the M4 if there was more rumble on the M4 they wouldn't be as much of a difference between it and a nice big MG, which would be wrong.
What about after you fight screaming mantis and then psycho mantis is like "no rumble!?!?" what happens there if you have a rumble controller??

You put your controller on the floor, manti is like "Watch me make it move!" and the controller starts vibratin loads and moves along the floor a little.
