I'm trying to get the assassins emblem in MGS4 and want to know when you cqc grab a guy then slit his throat if it counts as a cqc grab and a knife kill.

Yeah it does. I'm trying to get the same emblem along with Tarantula, which the only difference is you need 250 kills while still only using 25 alerts. It's going to be tricky.
