Ok so I went to GameStop today and asked them that I wanted to preorder the game and asked if I would be registerd for the beta if I did. The guy looked at me and said "what, what are you talking about?". So I told him that I heard that if I preorderd MGS3 at GameStop I might get the beta for online. He said he had no idea what I was talking about and said I could preorder it but I would not get the beta cus he didnt know about that. Can anybody tell me if they preorderd MGS4 already and if they got registerd for the beta, did they ask for your email and PSN name or what?

they call you to pick up the dvd with the beta code and yes you are register fir the beta because they gotten an email from hq saying the people who preorder now and the past are in the beta
so if I go preorder the game right now, its ok that they dont know about it yet? So once they get the beta CD they will call me to go and pick it up? Is that how it works?

yes preoder ir asap because its limited, they may not gotten an email yet but call them anyways or try an different gamestop. and yes they will call you
Ok well ill probably go preorder it later. It was just weird cus the guy had no idea what I was talking about. try a diff store first then try your store make sure you talk to a manager casue they will know
