she just wanted to make sure that her "creation" was destroyed, meaning she wanted to see vamp completely killed. once that was done, her purpose was filled and she felt she could die happy. she wanted to make sure that she could die knowing she didn't create a monster.

She is suposed to be in loeve with Vamp and since she is made like hime also she wanted to die with him. A little bit over the top but plausible, I liked it added a little of the unexpected to it
She also wanted to destroy the nanomachines inside her because of what the patriots used the nanomachines to do she was trying to eliminate all of them like all the nanomachines in the soldiers hooked up to the sop system.

SHE WAS IN LOVE WITH VAMP???? when I saw her with vamp near the end of chapter 4 i tought she was faking it... so she cheated on vamp with otacon?
hey how do you kill vamp??? he says equid the thing then when i get close to him i press r1 and s*** but nothing happens..i dont have my gun equiped just the siringe
was i the only one who wasn't sad when naomi died? her whole death just didnt bother me; i was actually kind of happy when she died. she gave snake foxdie back in msg1 which was the reason he was going to kill himself before he became a "walking weapon of mass destruction". although she did give otacon some play so thats good.
i just didnt like her character, maybe its just me
Question's been answered, but I just wanted to add that it was one of the most powerful moments of the game for me, especially when Otacon was crying and such
