MGS4 ripped off scientists?

This may or may not have influenced the Crying Wolf member of B and B. The project was major in 2005. These videos were released days ago.

Regardless of if it was a rip off or not watch the video...very impressive and somewhat scary that technology is getting this good.

Its scary!

That is one of the most impressive things I've ever seen. Thank you, TC, for bringing this to my attention. I'm not sure how familiar people here are with robotics/artificial intelligence, but the amount of time and money that must have gone into this project is probably staggering. The way the machine reacts and corrects itself to being kicked and slipping on the ice is mind-blowing. A major accomplishment.Jared2720

Thats amazing. The way it moves and reacts when it's kicked and on ice is so realistic.

And it does all that with a 350lb payload. I wouldn't think those legs would be that strong.

BTW, we're pertty much wasing our own time ty. ^_^ That aside it really is creepy how games parallel current events or events that are not too far off in the future. Perfect example: Tom Clancy's upcoming "Endwar". Take a look at the plot and compare that to current events. Friggin' creppy as hell !!!
