they are best to worst in the order you listed them (not saying ac is bad), although uncharted now has tropheys if your interested in starting that collection.
MGS4 offers the most and best experience for your money...great single player and the online mode is pretty good IMO...Uncharted is an excellent single player game and holds up well on it's own...Assassin's Creed is good if you space the game out over time...otherwise it gets very repetitive fast....

AC is not really repetitive when I first played it, It very fun for me even as a hardcore player. Try renting both MGS4 and AC that way you don't have to spent $60-$40 on one game then you try the next game on the list and say "F@%$, I SHOULD'VE GOT THIS GAME INSTEAD." After renting those two, then rent Uncharted.

You think? I thought alot of Uncharted's gameplay was a bit campy. It's still a very good game, but no MGS4.
