Do some research into where you can get the most for it. Try sites like eBay or something similar. GameStop unfortunately would rip you off cause you get 20% less than you would from trade-in credit.

you will be lucky if you walk out of there with 250-300$ so i do not think you should do it

and trust me i always got to gamespot to trade games in and my brother wanted to trade his 60gig in and they were gonna give him 300 including all the stuff he put on the system like dlc and games

Hmm it's his personal choice that he wants to sell it. I don't get it in first place, why people buy something just to have it for few months and then sell it? Makes no sense.

For example i would never buy 360, even when it gets down to 99usd/euros. Not because i hate MS or 360 but because i don't need it. PS3 is enough, and most of 360 exclusives sooner or later get released on PC, so whats the point?

Anyways, if you think 360 is for you, then go buy it, but if in future you plan to get again PS3 for some game, than dude don't sell it, you are only loosing money that way.

i would say, $200 or less coz smackdown vs raw 2008 is old and many people dont like lbp and u have old games where as people would rather get a good bundle for $300B-L-I-N-G-A-H

Stupid move. Especially with the upcoming 2009 line up of games.

I dislike people who buy things that cost a pretty dollar and act ungrateful and want to get rid of it.

I agree with the $350 range. The best way to get the most out of selling is either through a personal friend/acquaintance, or on Ebay. But think twice before selling it, there will be exclusives sooner or later you may want to play. It would be a big pain to rebuy a system you just sold. Balance out your priorities then make a decision. Happy Gaming!
