My connection speed in .75MB and my upload is .13MB is that enough?

You won't have a problem once you're in. Getting in, on the other hand, is a huge pain in the ass. HUGE.

Your fine for the most part, but regardless of how fast your internet is your going to have lag problems where someone with slow internet is hosting a game.

Well I would assume the two games would have similar servers, so it'll be the same

No it shouldn't. My PS3, Wii, 3 laptops, iPhone, BlackBerry are all connected to the same wireless network and I am lag free.
