I'd say 256 download would be the minimum download.. my upload is usually below 100 and i don't have to many problems..
you should have very few problems.. i wish mine was that fast...i play alot of COD4 online and only lag about 40% of the time, and only maybe 5% of the time is a match unplayable... you should be fine.
i lag all the time when i'm playing COD4 and MGO, I had to lower the upload limit to 96 kbps instead of 256 kbps in MGO just to get a nearly lag-free game. That's why I'm so confused here, it's supposed to be lag free i reckon.
