It was already confirmed in an article at Gamespot. Every character will have a fatality, including the DC Universe characters.
People everywhere just assumed there would be no blood nor fatalities just because it includes characters from DCU. noob.com states that there will be blood.
um yeah there will not b blood just so u know... I have read it in like every magazine and podcast... the game makers dont have the licence to be able to make fatalities which is why this game will probarly suck.. You cant knock off batmans head or stick some kryptonite in supaman its just not allowed
It's going to be rated T but if you watch the video, Ed Boon, the damn co-creator of the series, states that there will be fatalities and the DCU characters will have similar finishers, the working name being "brutalities," like from MKT and UMK3.
I don't know how Midway needs a "license" for fatalities. They coined the term with the original Mortal Kombat.

From what I've read you will be able to do fatalities only the Dc characters ones will be less violent if it suits they're character to be so. So batman will probably just tie you up with a batarang or something. But the violently inclined (read mk characters) will still kill just not as spectacular due to the Teen rating they're shooting for.
Its official, but those DC characters that do not kill their enemies, you will only be able to perform a "Brutality". Dang, and I truly wanted to de-bone Batman too.
Yea they were talking about it on GT they have fatalities but DC will have something similar to it just with a different name. Don't really know why...
well i listened to the IGN podcast and they cleary state they you wont be a able to chop of batmans head and stuff but u can do some finish moves stuff....

No they didn't, they assumed there would be less blood and no spine ripping because of the teen rating. Which, there isn't.
Brutalities aren't the same as fatalities, at all, no-where near as cool.
all the Mk characters will have fatalities. villians of DC will have fatalities, the heroes will just have brutalities. cause batman doesnt ever kill anyone. its staying true to the DC universe.

I dont know if you're being sarcastic, but I'm quite liking it so far, the punches have a great impact, and I saw scorpion breaking batman's arm in one of the screenies, which looked great.
If you want the fatalities you should play Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, it has all of them (even babalities) and the graphics are still the most realistic ever!!!!!
