Certain camera angles make the game look horrible and other angles make it look really good. I'm still messing around to find a good balance but overall its not bad. Way better than the PSP versions of the game.

thats the key. it should look way better than the psp version. the word "horrible" is relative.
I was disappointed as well but the game is still fun. Plus, I like a lot of the touchscreen functions. But yeah, a let down in the graphics department. Hopefully next years will look better.
Yeah, the graphics are pretty inconsistent overall. The field lacks textural clarity and the dirt looks washed out. The animations and detail on the players are pretty good, but I was expecting a a lot better. Plus, there are some horrible frame rates stutters every once in a while.
The screenshots I've seen look like a slightly beefed up PSP game. Since FIFA and Virtua Tennis look so good, I figured this one wouldn't look all that different from its PS3 counterpart. Oh, how wrong I apparently was.

Based on people views(havent seen it myself), it seems they didnt really have time to perfect the graphics. So next year it will indeed be better.
..This seems like an issue, either people say the graphics suck or they say that they are good. I'll wait until the demo then since gamestop's offer for 10$ off is up until april.
Complaining about the crowd...??? Come on now... I remember the crowd on Fight Night Round 3 for PS3 was absolutely terrible... We are still in the very early stages of Vita development... The little things will take longer to address... I'm more concerned with bugs than visuals hiccups... MLB 12: The Show runs smooth which I can't say the same thing about some PS3 games still to this day even after several patches...

It seems to me after playing a number of launch games, it seems like they where rushed to market. Not that fun cant be had. But I was dissapointed with most of the games, certainly nothing making me happy Id spent so much money. Good Luck to you!
