Modern Warfare 2 Prestige Edition???

Ive been looking through a couple of websites like EB and JBHIFI and i cant find any of the Modern Warfare Prestige Editions, does that mean they have sold out?

My friend told me they're all gone. He also said they have unqiue serial numbers, so theres only a limited amount. I'm not sure if he is right, though. But it does make sense.
