yes......yes it is....
glad u enjoy it though, unlike those others that are turned off from the steep learning curve
I picked this game up with the Daxter PSP Slim Bundle the other day.
I actually enjoy the training missions, so I bet the actual missions will be really fun.
Although it took me forever to finally catch onto cooking well-done meat. Stupid BBQ song throws me off every time cuz it's so zany.

yep, I LOVE the concept, cuz I like these type of games, and there's none other like it on the PSP that I know of. It's not carried out perfectly though. A lock-on mechanic, or even better 360 control of your character would have been ALOT better, not to mention the bad camera. Those things really affect the gameplay, but as i said, because this game is so unique, it's worth overlooking to enjoy it. For me anyway. It could have been alot better if they fixed those issues though. skreetpreacha
IMO all those were intentional & not some bad gaming flaws. A lock on mechanic would make the game very easy, & the camera I think it's just natural because this is not your typical RPG in w/c you just level up. I think they have todo those things to make it a skill game in w/c you can't just beat the game by having all the nice weapons & armor you also have to master how your weapons work & how monsters attack w/c makes it more fun than a traditional RPG.
Yeah MHF2 is great. Finally got it yesterday, played it most of day. The environments are much more detailed, especially the new jungle and desert maps. Other than that, the game is awesome just for how many little things that were annoying or inconvenient in mhf 1 and changed them - like theres a storage chest in your farm now(which is freakin awesome, no more inventory full problems) and even in the kitchen. Also you can upgrade your armour using common armour spheres, which is great, it makes your armour have much more lastability and usefulness while you look for you next set.
Oh, and you can change your hairstyle and colour at any point. Hell yeah!
