Monster Hunter what crazy!???

OK I AM SERIOUSLY GOING NUTS HERE,

First thing:

Is the CHIEF OF THE VILLAGE, the only person who GIVES ME QUEST???

I have been using a dual sword for while and for some reason when I am at Pokke village it shows 2 SWORDS near my head WHILE If i equip something else its only ONE SWORD OR ONE HAMMER AND SO.....

what does that mean, ....how do i increase it........

RIGHT NOW THE ONLY GOOD ARMOR I HAVE IS: HUNTER MIAKL, GREEN PANTS, ALSO I HAVE THAT VELICOPREY HORN THING.... is this good or what, i am so frustated, sorry

You got the training section, the hunters guild area, which has 3 people to get quest from, although the advanced quest girl won't give you anything until you at a high enough HR rating. And then you can download some others, into 12 slots that the game has for them. And that's about it....

What do you mean? They're called dual swords for a reason. Dual means two.... Two Swords. It's the only type of weapon where you'll get two of. And is why you see two swords sheathed on your character's back, when you equip it.

You get better weapons and better armor by collecting material and then going to the dude next to the cat that sells armor and weapons. The guy to the left of that cat, does all the upgrading and creating. To collect materials, you need to complete quests, and collect stuff during them.
