No new info on the next MK game has been released other than the game will be totally different from the previous games and will have a more darker and mature tone. It was also announced that the title would be using Unreal Engine 3 so it should look pretty good. Some info may trickle out sometime in early 2008.
MK2 Is awesome off the PSN, I had a ton of fun with it. It's cool online, the arcade mode is ridiculously challenging, and my friends and I love killing eachother :) I think for 5 bucks its well worth it

I agree, im getting my PS3 online this weekend and MK2 is the first thing im downloading
