Mortal Kombat x kollector's edition missing kombat pack

So I splurged and for the $99 kollector's edition of MKX, looking back not really worth it, and even worse, I have no access to the kollector's pack. I should have access to the 4 DLC characters, however when I go to the PS store from within the game it says no content found when I click on the kombat pack.

any suggestions?

No code in the box?

@SgtSutton: I redeemed the codes when I first purchased the game.

Jason was released as DLC, he's still grayed out on the character select screen.

you have to download the content as its released. its doesnt automatically update with it. if you have the kombat pack redeemed just go into the store and download jason, the horror pack and the samurai pack

When I went to download it says "no content found" with no options to download.

Tech support said to delete the game from my system storage, giving that a try.
