Most disturbing moment in a game?

So yesterday we had the most annoying enemies in a game. Today I ask, what is the most disturbing character, scene, event you have encountered in a game. By disturbing, I mean something that toyed with your mind, made you uncomfortable or made you feel sick, even a little afraid. For me it would have to be Eddie Low from GTA 4. He isn't a part of the main storyline, instead he is one of the random characters around the city.

Honestly, you can do a lot of crazy, homocidal stuff without the consequences in any GTA game but just listening to Eddie talk and how he acts really disturbed me. So who or what did you find disturbing?

Don't think I've ever really been disturbed by a game. Some of the scenes in Max Payne definitelystuck in my head for a while though.

The fact that none of the enemies in Mercs 2 ever got out of the way when you drove a vehicle right at them. I guess they just couldn't stand life anymore, and frankly, that many suicidal people in one place is very disturbing.

Everything in dead space disturbs me, in a scary/disturbing type of way. As for psychologically disturbing, most of Bioshock.

I was playing Dead Space at a friend's house, and we got to the part where you arrive at the medical bay. We opened a door, and saw a survivor inside a little tube with a corpse. We witnessed as she took a massive cleaver, and cut the genitals off the body, and then proceeded to slit her own throat. After that, we saved the game, turned off teh console, and sat there for 10 minutes, wondering about what the hell we just saw.

Oh yeah, I was just replaying that last night... that was pretty disturbing.

according to my cousin i think it was on the old atari. the objective of the game was to r a p e a girl tied toa tree. you had to fight off enemies and get to the other side of the screen where the girl was.

At the end of Dead Space, The Last Scene Scared the **** outta me cos i wasnt expecting it. People who played the game would know what im talkin about

Yep, that's disturbing but this one stayed my mind a couple of days, i didn't want to play at night again after this:

Also, pretty much the entire Manhunt plot is disturbing, only the though that men like the Smileys or Piggsy could exist in real life is frightening.

Pretty much all of the silent hill games, preferably Pyramid Head in SH2 really disturbing when he is trying to rape mannequins even though he has no penisNemesis-Supreme

when playing a game that you are sooo bored of it just for trophies(ME in burnout and Infamous)

when bomberman freezes randomly when i play online. why is it disturbing? you may be wondering... because i think my ps3 is gonna die!!! but its actually the game fault. they should totally make a patch for this error

Definetely in assassin's creed, when the "doctor" inverts that guys legs!!!!! HOLY CRAP THATS GOTTA HURT!!!

in condemned when you found the guys lips on the chalkboard and the board said loose lips sinks ships that really creeped me out

That GOW3 demo when he rips the horn out of the ram and stabs it with it was pretty bad ass

Well there were a few disturbing scenes in the Silent Hill Series, specifically 1-3.

Oh neato. I saw it a little while ago with my friends. I remember people saying it was a better portrayal of what it would be like to be in love with a vampire as a youth. Haha I think that line was a potshot at twilight.

In Heavenly Sword when Flying Fox....... [spoiler] hangs Kai from the cage. It was disturbing because it was SO unexpected [/spoiler] Other than that, all of Bioshock and Dead Space.
