Hey I just bought this game. I am using the motion sensing control and it is really difficult to get used to. I just bought a PS3 so I have to get used to motion sensing.

Its hard but I am getting used to it.

Motorstorm with motion control XD why would you play it with that? It makes the game very difficult. Turn them off and use the stick, you'll enjoy it more I guarantee it. Motion control wasn't meant for how hectic motorstorm is.

i disagree, i was gettin bored of the demo and so i started using motion control instead and changed the view to inside the car, and i think its way more fun to play like that, now im always playing it, its because of the motion control that i think im likely to pick this game up, i can only imagine online like it, should be amazing

Yeah it's a nice change of pace for sure using the tilt+inside car view is pretty fun and realistic as hell it's almost like driving a car my girlfriend don't play much video games but she has so much fun using the six-axis and playing motorstorm hehe.

Motion Control isn't that hard IF you change the way you hold the controller. Instead of holding the controller pan down, put it upright like a steering wheel it allows you to control the car A LOT better.

Not really, I found that way to make the turning to drastic.

I found the other way turning too drastic even in a car and even worse on a bike.

I think it would be cool if you could have online games where everyone is forced to use motion controls.  It would be a lot of fun.

Just have to practise with it allot if you want to be good at using the Motion sensing Control. The first time I tried it, I drove like a drunk man. :P Now, I getting better but still having trouble with Bikes.

Yeah it does take awhile to get used to it.  I must of crashed at least 15 times during my first race using motion sensing control.  But now I've gotten much better with it, I sometimes do much better on races using motion sensing compared to using analog stick.  But I still haven't gotten used to the bikes though, they are much too difficult to control with motion sensing.

Motorstorm is not the game to be using motion sensing with. There are games that are much better suited for motion sensing. And even those games aren't that great at using motion sensing...

i like using the six-axis on motorstorm for a little change of pace every once in a while  it's fun and ya as long as your not driving a bike it doesn't make the game much harder.

Depends.  Some races are better than others on motion control.  It takes some getting use to but then it becomes second nature.

Actually it's fairly intuitive. It takes a little practice but once you get the hang of it, boy is it fun as hell!! If you hold the sixaxis upright like a steering wheel and your controlling either a bike or atv then you have to take into consideration that your rider will pop wheelies thus making it hard to steer. It's that way because when you jump ramps you can get more air by pulling back slightly and then leaning forward to even out your ride for the landing. Also when controlling the atv or bike adjust your camera to where it's right up on your rider and this makes it very easy to steer with the sixaxis, especially the atvs.

I got round this problem by using motion sensing for the big vehicles, and the analogue stick for the bikes and atv's.
