Motorola H500 bluetooth help!!! whats up

so i got this bluetooth and whenever i play resistence online...it seems to lose the connection like halfway through a game and also do i have to pair my bluetooth with my playstation 3 everytime i use it or not??

looking for some advice before i call motorola or anything on how to fix it
