so i just got my hdmi cable in the mail thanks to monoprice and wow GTHD looks AMAZING and blu ray is wild . does motorstorm support 1080p? it lets me run nba 07 and gthd in 1080p but 720p for motorstorm and what other games support 1080p?
Hum I think there is only NBA and GTdemo that runs in 1080p, in the future supposed to be all games but one off the few coming soon I know that Lair is going ot be fullHD all the way.
I have a HDTV that has a native resolution of 1080p so everything gets upscaled automatically. Motorstorm rocks on that bi**h, I must say, so even though the game is 720p, it'll go up to 1080p without a hitch so you're all good. As far as other games in 1080p = VT3, VF5, RR7 to name a few....

the games dont get upscaled to 1080p, motorstorm runs in 720p no matter what. It was made in that resolution!
college hoops 2k7 and nba2k7 are both 1080p as well along with virtua tennis 3mmirza23
nba 2k7 is NOT 1080p its 720p and i know the box says 1080p but look at your screen when the game goes on. HDTVs show the resolution of the videos/games about to be displayed

If you uncheck the 720P and 1080i options in the PS3 system, it will force the game to run in 1080P. But before you get excited, this will NOT work for motorstorm. Doing this would force the game to 480P:cry:
