Im havin problems with MotorStorm that just started yesterday when I downloaded the add-on content (Time Attack Mode, etc.) from the PS store. Well, basically, the problem is that the actual game wont even work--I put the game CD into the drive, and the PS3 logo comes on as usual, but then the screen just goes blank. Ive tried taking the CD out and putting it back in over and over again, but still nothing happens. I think the reason it doesnt work has to do with the add-on content that was downloaded. By the way, all my other games work fine, so this problem is just specific to MotorStorm. Has anyone else had this problem, and/or can someone help me with it?
ok for the 100th time here we go, you need to go into game utility and delete the update 1.1 for motorstorm then download the newest update which is 1.2 in the game then you download the timeattack mode you migt have to delete the time attack download and start over to accomplish this since you have already done it the wrong way
lol I did the same thing. Goto you XMB then under games goto Game data and delete your Motorstorm 1.1 update. Then start your game and redownload the new update and then the time attack mode. You have to have the newest Motorstorm update installed before you install the time attack mode. Hope this helps.
