1UP gave it a 7.5, but they did say that the online is fun. They recommended playing the single player game to learn the tracks and then just race online.
Well most people would say 1UP is biased and i would agree, i never look at their reviews, all the other sites gave it amazing ratings, its a great, fun game, it all depends if are into racing or not
if you haven't played the demo, play it and you'll understand. i first thought motorstorm was overrated too. but when i played the demo again, and again, and again, i ate my own words.
I've downloaded the demo and I just don't get the hype surrounding this game. I'm a pretty casual fan of racing games, I'll try anything and I'm a huge Gran Turismo fan, but Motorstorm is just not that appealing to me.Â
Thats fine. As the saying goes, You can please some of the people some of the time, but not all the people all the time. Or simply put: You can't please everyone. not everyone is going to like Motorstorm. But I would honestly say that the majority of people that play it will like it. It's definitely one of those "must have" titles for the PS3.
someone here played it for real? I'm not that good at race games (better at Ridge racer than GT) and I like the idea of different shortcuts for each type of vehicle, will I be able to get better if I'm a bit weak to start?
The game is fun but I don't think it will last very long. It is kind of repetive and is lacking in many departments. I wish it had split screen so i can play with my wife.

yea i think it gave it a 8.9 so no ps 3 will get a aaa game. i think this gen ps 3 games that deserve a aaa will not get one.
