I'm in Toronto and himming and hawing about whether or not I want to get the Move. Need a new system and wondering if the extra $100 is worth it for move. I have wii and played it pretty religiously until I got the 360 and ps3, haven't really touched it since.

Anyone pick it up today? What are your impressions? And does anyone know of stores that are having move demos in Toronto? I've looked but haven't been able to gind an answer

I got it earlier today and Sports Champions with it. I gotta say, i'm really impressed. The motion tracking is phenomenal. Sports champions is fun, and you can play all the games with only 1 motion controller, but 2 make it way better. I recommend it, but you may want to wait until more games come out because sports Champions is not a play-for-hours-on-end game

I have a Wii as well and I got the Playstation Move yesterday and it's worth the money it picks up movement much faster. Sports Champions is worth it and it's clearly the best launch title for the Move, I've had a lot of fun out of that game with Archery, Volleyball and Table Tennis which I think Table Tennis is the hardest to master it's very realistic but fun.

I barely play my Wii but the Move feels a lot better the accuracy from the controls are perfect and Sports Champions is a great way to showcase what the Move can do. I was disappointed with the Kung Fu Rider game as the Move controls don't really pick up that well with that game I hope it gets patched as the controls are far too tight. I'm just looking forward to the other games especially Time Crisis Blazing Storm

I got it and sports champions is fun as well as tumble. I am not liking RE5 gold. I have not seen any stores with a demo of it where I live in Virginia

I was gonna wait until a price drop or it comes on special offer. But then again you can easily up pick the PS3 eye cam cheap seperate orin seond-hand/pre-owned stores, all you would need to get would be the Move controller.

Make sure you have at least 8 ft of room or so between you and the tv. cause i cant even play sport champions in my room. My sofa and tv are too close together. Ive been using it with RE5 gold though and its pretty fun with the motion controls. Also the package comes with a demo disc which has quite a few demos on it which is nice.

What is Tumble?

Tumble is a PSN download puzzle game that uses the move as its controller. IGN blasted it with a terrible review but that review stands alone in its negativity. It has received some very positive reviews and if you're like me I place more value on player reviews than critic reviews and player reviews of tumble that i have read tout it as an excellent game and a wonderful use of the move. I'm downloading it tonight once the kids are tucked in.

Every trailer shows the archery game using 2 controllers. How does it work with just one?

so true. I tried the demo and really enjoyed it so I bought it. And at $9.99 it is a great deal. Just imagine jenga in videogame form. The IGN complaints were mainly due to you need patience to be good at this game.

it is actually easier with one controller. The sad thing is there is a trophy to play 3 games with 2 motion controllers

LOL! That's not sad, that's a clever way for Sony to exploit trophy addicts. :P
