Move owners with Time Crisis.

Time Crisis was released on the 19th and I'm really looking forward to getting it but I've been hearing that you can only shield with the move button that is awkardly placed on top (if you have a gun attachment.). This was my only beef with the Time Crisis demo I played. I hated reaching up to sheild. It just isn't natural, so I was wondering to those who have made the purchase is there any way to change button layout.

I would think that if you have the nav control it'd be easier to use the nav to shield but I don'tknow if you can.

Well I think it doesn't really matter since most if not all the gun attachments will have the move button facing up. I don't know if you get what I mean. For the small sony one you'd have to hold it with two hands and it doesn't even have a slot for the nav control. The other rifles on amazon would be near impossible to press the move button while holding the gun comfortably. Now all those issues would be solved if you'd be able to just use a button on the nav control. I'm not too sure if you get what I mean.

Same here. I believe the demo for Time Crisis is only available with the Move Bundle starter pack. The rest of the demosincluded in the starter can also be downloaded from the PS store, however.

I believe that button will need to be remapped. I am still on the fence with move, but I see myself getting one as I love on-rail shooters.

PS: I also anticipate the Packers Vikings game.

I guess I'll just wait for some sort of confirmation of a patch or something because I think this will be an issue will a lot of move users... then again there have been plenty of games in which there are issues but no patches. I just won't hold my breath.

I bought the game day-one. You can customize the controls, but there are only 2 types.

Type 1 is to use T to shoot and any face button to cover.

Type 2 is to use any face button to shoot and T to cover.

I'm using type 2, because I didn't spend 30$ on one of those weird gun attachments and because my thumb is faster than my index for some reason.

Those are the only types of controls I know of in the arcade mode.

In the campaign, you have to use the nav controller or the dualshock. I didn't like this mode much. Playing FPS with Move is....different.

There are 3 control layouts for this one. I choose type 2 since it is the only type with the Move button for shooting. I don't think they allow you to customize.
