movies and anime on the ps store

I noticed on the store on the vita theres shows and movies that you can buy. You can rent the movies also. Theres alot of anime movies on the store. Is this new I never noticed on tne ps3 store. Alot of anime shows and movies also.

it's old and has always been there...sadly they don't have the anime I watch though
