multiple problems with MW3 online (PS3)

I am having some seriously frustrating issues with this game online.

A few things to NOTEL

-100mb Fibre Optic (I have a great connection for online)

-PS3 SLIM 320GB

-A good low input lag HDTV

Now, I'm running into constant problems in MM...

I've played about 5-6 hours of online MM and it's safe to say what stands out the most:

-Connection Aborted (60-70% chance of not being able to join any match even though it throws me in a lobby as soon as I select TDM)

-Framerate stutters/chopping (this isn't often but when it is, it's down right rendering my play useless)

-Framerate drops/chops (when a loser ragequits I become host 90% of the time and I get choppiness and what's worse is it does the chopping right when I encounter enemies! even watching their killcam I can see the chops!)

-The game is as fun as MW2 was and it is 60FPS but definitely not always.

Anyway I'm sure a patch can fix these issues... Also, when it lags, it's worse than black ops......I have 4 bars and when I play 3 bar people, it's difficult to shoot first

Played for two hours with not one problem.

OK Today played about 3 hours of it, for the most part it played fine, BUT whenever a sore loser rage quits I become HOST and voila same choppy Framerate comes back for the match, also, 60% chance of failing to join any game, always says migration aborted mainly, I just had a memory 14 error wtf is this.

SAFE TO SAY:

TREYARCH DID THE PROGRAMMING FOR MW3, hence the ridiculous amount of bugs...

I had the memory error 3 ot 4 times tonight, and luckily the activision support page doesn't recognize my account. I'm in a live chat right waiting to tell someone how much I hate this game, and that I want a refund; we'll see how that goes:roll:.

p.s. The chat said I should be talking with a rep in 25:00 minutes...then 38:00...22:00...1:30:00...wtf!!!

No problems for me, other than a few server issues but they never happen during gameplay, so its passable.
