MW2 match bonus

Does anybody know what the calculation for the match bonus after every round or game on MW2? I'm pretty sure it includes K : D, Where you came in your team and if you won

Yeah all that stuff you said plus your rank and the total round time. In lower ranks you get low bonus and if you didn't participate from the beginning and joined later you get smaller bonus too.

I think you also get a better match bonus if you rank up in that match. I'm not sure though

I don't know if you get bigger bonus if you rank up in the match, what I meant is that if you're a private you get less bonus than corporals,captains and generally higher ranked players.
