Yes . Heavy Rain was a Dream come true for me. I feel like this was the game i was waiting for all along. Wow.

I mean this game is more then a AAA title like God of war 3 or Uncharted 2 for me. This was a Heavenly Experience for me. I feel like i have conquered the whole world by playing Heavy rain. I got the Platinum Trophy as well and saw everything inside out. The last game i played when i felt out of this world was the Mighty World of Warcraft. That was a game which i still dream about. I am trying to get a Factory sealed copy of World of warcraft and love it so much that i will be paying $1500 american for which its going for on ebay and amazon.

Coming back to Heavy rain .Wow a experience Extra ordinaire it was. I think Sony has given me what i was missing. I think Ps3 has done its job. I dont want anything else from Sony. I think the Ps3 has done more then i can dream of.Sony Salute to you and Quantic Dreams for giving me a gift from the Gods.

I think sony is the best console there is and i dont need anything more . Even if sony stops making games i think ps3 has done a wonderful job . i am satisfied Already.

Now what i amthinking what will QuanticDreams next project be like. I wish itsa Ditto copy of Heavy rain just with a new story. Everything else is perfect. I wish sony buys out Quantic Dreams like they did buy Media Molecule.

Long live Quantic Dreams.

I don't have a link, but I think the guy that made Heavy Rain said he didn't want to do any more serial killer/murder mystery type of games for a while. I think he said he wanted to do a fighting game actually... :?

Yeah i just played through my first story today... well finished it up today, i started it yesterday... but yeah this was an amazing experience and I was very impressed with everything.

The storyline, graphics, mood, and controls were all top notch, must-play for any Ps3 owner. In terms of genre, if you like a good drama or mystery movie or one of those movies where different storylines come together and inter-relate like Snatch then this is a great game for you... Or if you're just looking for a great and unique gaming experience...

This is def worth the price of admission, a must-play...

Agreed. Minus the QTE stuff, although I dont mind if it came with a sweet package like Heavy Rain. After 4-5 long years, HR finally came out and boy am I loving it. Masterful story-telling, with state of the art facial animation and graphics. Voice acting is a little rocky at times, but all the characters eventually grow on you. I wish Quantic Dreams commercial success so they can build off of Heavy Rain and continue to break boundaries.

To quote you from another thread: "OMG. Man get a life." It was just a game, bro. :P Na, Heavy Rain is definitely one of the greatest gaming experiences I've ever had and it's gonna be tough to beat for my personal GOTY. I honestly wasn't expecting it to be as wonderful as it was, but I was blown away. Blown.... Away!

wow dude calm down! It is just a game after all :)!!! I enjoyed the story, but man the controls were god awfull. They were no better then indigo prophecy. I hope the next game they produce they focus on making the game more controllable. The boss fights were well done but moving in the environments really ruined a lot of the experience for me. Without giving away any spoilers. There's that one segment that involved busting a TWISTER like move on your PS3 controller, that had my fingers doing all sorts of loops and knots. I didn't know you could fail in this game, but apparently that sequence says otherwise. Now, I'm branded with a trophy that will bring any man to shame. =(

This sounds like a blog topic or even a letter to the developers haha. Anyways, I'm glad you enjoyed the game because I love the game as well. I have yet to beat it because I play it in short sprites with the gf, but it truly is remarkable.

Heavy Rain has been something I've been looking forward too for a long time, and it was an absolute treat to play, especially having been a fan of their previous work like Fahrenheit. Sure, it had it's flaws but it's one of the very best games I have played in a long time! I really felt I was in my element with Heavy Rain, it was a masterclass of storytelling (yes, there were a few plot holes) and character developement. I am very interested to see what Quantic Dream come up with next!

Bravo . Bravo.

What can man do to praise such wonderful games. I wish i can do more for Heavy rain but i guess this is the best i can do apart from purchasing 3 copies and trying to get the Collectors one. I hope they release a U.S version but its too late now i guess.

Can you send me which part it was? And what trophy? As a message to avoid spoilers. I finished HR for the second time today with much sadder ending :(

As long as Heavy Rain gets the credit it deserves there is no reason that Nicholas Cage's slow and painful career wouldn't speed up a bit. :)

(This is a reference to an interview with David Cage from GI.)

im glad heavy rain is getting some credit from the gaming community as Indigo Prophecy wasn't as popular as it should've been.

Heavy Rain is truly a game that leaves you breathless. After my older brother saw me playing it and seen the fighting sequences, he really wanted to get a PS3 himself..but sadly there's none in stock. He doesn't even play games like this. I will say, the game stays in your head that's for sure.

I mean what else can a man ask for in this world. I would say One game to rule them all.
