my dualshock keeps losing connection :(

my DS3 is brand new, keeps cutting off during gaming or while on menu screen. i turned the bluetooth off my phone to make sure nothing was interfeerring with the controllerconnection but it doesnt seem to be working, any ideas?

If it really is brand new and an official SONY product it should have no problems. Just keep checking your settings and follow the instructions again.

I was having the same problem , but it happened while I hadn't downloaded the latest update (2.76 I think) , after the the download I had no problems.Now if it isn't your case , I really don't know :?
