Here are my list of must have games even if very little known of story and gameplay.

MGS phantom Pain > mgs series is my favorite game of all times with the epic cinematic and some times convoluted story but great boss fights and stealth. Now the gameplay has caught up with the cinema tics and add a bonus with the RPG element to build your own mother base recruiting soldiers, animals, weapons and vehicles. Then on top of that, your base can be attacked and you need to defend it. I can't wait to find out about the online element.

GTA 5> Is on of the best games of last gen and now it looks next gen and embarrasses Watch Dogs. I don't have the game anymore nor ps3. I will be very tempted to buy this just because I can play online which was one of the biggest issues when the game launched. GTA series is also high on my favorite of all times. Any Rockstar does is always top quality and innovative and daring and most importantly fun.

Uncharted 4> this is probably me 2nd favorite all times series. The trailer look like a CG. I can't wait to find out more about the game.

Batman Arkham knight> rocksteady made batman come alive and is by far the best superhero game. Spiderman has completely loss my interest.

Driveclub> This game was in limbo land and based on E3 2013 the hands on impressions weren't impressive. Now you can tell there is a swagger but not overly confidence with how good this game got reception at 2014 E3 and how good he game plays and looks. Its considered the driving game to beat. It was a game i thought would be a bust after all the internal turmoil in the development team.

Division> This game is the most impressive visually to me and the gameplay rivals mgs innovative combat and strategy. I can't wait to get my hands on this.

Sherlock Holmes> I love mystery games with using deduction and clues. I went to london just to visit sherlock holmes house. I wasnt blown away by it but nonetheless I still enjoyed going to see it. I hope this is a AAA or at least AA 1/2 with the unreal engine. Its still a must buy.

Here are games high on my list but not sure how good these games really are

Evil Within> looking and from what i read playing a lot like RE series with some nice twist

The Order of 1886> The game looks great but like most peoples hands on impressions want to see way more gameplay than cutscenes every 5 min between playing the game.

Next Tombraider> I liked the last game very much and hope they build on the more mature theme of the game(not in more violence but great story telling and adventure)

Stars wars Battlefront >I like the series a lot and can't wait to see this game in action. This should be top notch game.

Deep Down> I like the dungeon and dragon style and hope to see a lot more of this game at TGS show. US PS4 gamers better get this.

Mirror Edge> I only played the demo to the original but still interested in this one.

Assassin Creed Unity> I played the last game and love the ship battles but the combat system is repetitive and the story got boring to me and the stealth wasn't fun. I love the Co op element in Unity and read the combat will be much improved. I will follow this game very closely. THIS WAS THE SURPRISE GAME OF THE SHOW BECAUSE I DIDNT EXPECT TO BE INTERESTED.

Little Big planet 3> is another game I will follow and may surprise myself and buy it. I like some platform games and wish Knack was up to par but it look like a outdated ps2 1/2 game to me.

Evolve> is another game that looks fun but seems to be lacking any story line and it maybe just all MMO style game which i need more information to determine my interest.

No man's sky> could also be a surprise indie AAA game if there is a such thing. I need to know alot more about the game scope and how expansive are the environments and type of gameplay.

Here are games completely missing from the show but interested and hope to see information and TGS or gamescom show.

Mad MAx> I wander what happen to this game. I hope its still in development because i like this IP idea being in the desert etc.

Without Memory> I loved Heavy rain and Hopefully this one will be like it but even better.

RE series> I hope the series continues co op elements but slower pace and return to the good old scares of RE2 my favorite of the series besides the ones with only co op(saying help me please with a command button). I think there were 2 games called RE outbreak.

Final fantasy(although I am not a fan of the 20 games beforehand the gameplay has seem to change with more real time combat)

Here are genres completely missing from the show that needs to be addressed

Any WI U type exercise games for PS4 with using weights but reading movement with camera etc

Any table or hard court tennis. I really want a Red Dead Redemption or max payne game. I would love to see Socom or Syphon Filter revitalized. I want more space games like star wars battlefront. I know max effect is coming out in a yr or more. I am trying to remember if max effect is 3rd person. I am a true 3rd person gamer. I want a game like the friends game that is a indie game with more features for family fun. I like the hasbro series. Playroom needs constant new features and games. PS4 needs some snowboarding and/ or skiing game or snowmobile type racing games. I know bloodborne is a sort of new IP but its just a close cousin to the Soul series from what i hear.

NBA 2k series will always be great but it needs nba live to be half decent this yr to push it to continue to be great. Madden 15 graphics look like what it should have last yr. I am not all that impress with what was shown with this series. Madden is a victim of wiping out the competition by buying the nfl license, i think you call it monopolizing the market. I sometimes hope no one buys madden one yr so it gets a major overhaul instead of every yr minor upgrades. Sports needs some untouched market like volleyball with booty tight shorts the women wear in the summer olympics. Either you can play beach or indoor volleyball. I am not talking about that titty bouncing volleyball game (i forgot the name) but a sim.

Tell me your favorite games you are excited about from E3 and the games that were sorely omitted from the show or from my list. I am not interested in Destiny, battlefield or call of duty so please don't tell me how upset you are I didn't list those games.

  3. Uncharted 4
  4. Sherlock Holmes
  5. DriveClub
  6. The Order 1886

I admit I am bumping this post up because I be damn to spend this much time making this post without more feedback. What games surprised were missing from e3 you wanted to see? Which games were there you didn't expect it and was a good showing? Which games you knew would be at the e3,which confirmed its a must have?

@ewalthour: i felt there were so many awesome games. Arkham Knight, Assassin's Creed Unity, Driveclub, Dragon Age, The Crew, The Division, Shadow of Mordor, Destiny, Far Cry 4, Little Big Planet 3, etc. But i felt some games were missing for me personally. PES 15, Tales of Borderlands, Game of Thrones, NBA 2k15, The Last Guardian. But overall it was an awesome E3, better content wise compared to last years

A lot of games to look forward to in 2015, it seems. I think Far Cry 4, LBP 3, and The Evil Within, and I guess Dead Island 2 if that releases this year are the remaining 2014 games I care about. I guess I should add Metro Redux, which I'm excited for since I can finally start with 2033 as it wasn't on the PS3.

As for 2015, I'm currently interested in Dying Light, Uncharted 4, The Witcher 3, Batman: Arkham Knight, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Homefront: The Revolution.

But for now I'm still just playing PS3 and Vita games. I'll probably conquer all or most of my backlog before I end up getting a PS4. But looking at those games above and the few already out that I want, I'm finding it more difficult to resist buying a PS4.

@ewalthour: Just so you know, Evolve is not an MMO in anyway.

@cooolio: it does have single player right? mmo is only online right? They have barely discussed single player which sounds like it will be a after thought so to me that's a mmo just like most cod games and battlefield. Titanfall is a definite mmo.

Massively Multiplayer Online ≠ 6v6 online shooter. I understand what you mean, you are just using the definition of MMO wrong.

My most wanted list for the games that were at E3 are as follows. 1.Metal Gear Solid V: Phantom Pain. 2. Uncharted 4 (really excited for this one) 3. Batman Arkham Knight. 4. The Order of 1886. 5. The Evil Within (this looks awesome and I agree, it is supposed to have the scare quality of the old RE's, 6.The Witcher 3. 7. Dragon Age: Inquisiton. 8. Mortal Kombat X.

And what I hope to see in future E3's. Reboot of the RE franchise and get it going in the right direction and hopefully the series can go back to normal RE. I would love to see another or reboot of Parasite Eve which was an amazing game. New Max Payne. New Twisted Metal. Sequel to Heavy Rain. L.A. Noire 2? FF7 remake!! And a Syphon Filter reboot would be welcome in my book, I remember the original and SF2 and SF3. I was so enticed by those games. And really any good survival horror or intense action or mystery suspense games are what I like to see and play. I play RPG's but only the really good ones, like the old FF's and Legend of Gaia, Dragon Age.

@Jimbowesker: parasite eve was good and dinosaur game like RE. Twisted metal was ok but I preferred another driving destruction game like stuntman. There was a ps1 game with driving like Twisted metal but not with clowns that had secondary weapons and also cockpit view. I can't remember the nane of the game. I would have love to see the London 3rd person shooter. I would love to see Driver the game made by stuntman developers and The Getaway.

The twisted metal style game was vigilante 8. I love the graphics and cool weapons and not many games witth first person view in vehicle.

Yeah the dinosaur game like RE that u mentioned would be Dino Crisis. Which was a pretty good game especially at that time. It was really hyped up and even spawned 2 sequels. If done right, I wouldn't mind a reboot of this. Also, remake of the Fatal Frame franchise would be cool. A new Silent Hill that is less like the newer Silent Hill's and more like the original SH2 & SH3. And a new Fallout. (which I hear is in the works.) Fallout 3 was an amazing game and although I enjoyed Fallout New Vegas, it fell short in my eyes cuz there were so many bugs and it didn't quite live up to the hype. FF9 remake would be cool too.

MMO = Massive mulitplayer online. Each Evolve match has 5 players. That's by definition not an mmo, it's an assymetric arena monstershooter
