I got 300 on blu-ray for my birthday, and its really cool, but im confused, I put it into my ps3, and it plays, thats it, how do you get to the main menu like on a normal dvd? is there such a thing on blu-ray? seems kinda odd to me...
either press Triangle to bringup the PS3's dvd mini menu then selcet "Top Menu" or press Square. pressingSquare will not stop the movie it will display the menu while the movie plays in the background. Top Menu will bring you to the tittle screen.

If you want to get to the Main Menu like on the DVD. When the blu-ray is playing you can press "square." This is the same as DVD. Also, if you don't want the blu-ray to start playing when you put it in you can turn that feature off under the settings > BD/blu-ray. Pressing "triangle" will bring up an "on screen menu" like the PS2 used to do. That's not the blu-ray/dvd menu. That's different. But it does have buttons you can use to turn on and off....menu/audio/sub titles on the disc.

300 does not have a main menu. It has a pop-up menu that is accesible once the movie starts. It's a Warner Bros. realease, and that's how they like to author their discs.
