my first ps3 game....should i get assassin's creed or oblivion...

i can't decide....i hvae narrowed it down to these two....assassin's creed seems like a new, fresh idea. While oblivion is so awesome and massive. Also, I played morrowind on the xbox, not the whole game (jus for like 30 minutes)...and i got a good impression of the elder scroll series. which one should i buy?

While I can't speak for Assasins Creed.....yet (It'll be in my PS3 on launch day) Oblivion is huge. You can literally spend days hunting deer. I mean seriously. If you liked Morrowind, you'll love Oblivion. I played Morrowind after playing oblivion, and couldn't believe the difference. Assassins Creed looks frickin awesome though, so it depends on what you're more into.

AC will be shorter with more action, and your taking a bit of a risk in a new game

But Oblivion is an amazing game according to everyone, and will keep you occupied for hours on end.

get oblivion cheap here.. and just be sure to make another 30 bucks between now and when AC comes out.. and own both!
