my friend was saying that the psp is dead. is this true? cause i dont believe it

also i need some good games to tell him to get. he doesnt like metal gear or sports games

for someone as biased as your friend, his comment shouldn't really be taken too seriously.  has he even taken the time to look through the extensive list of stuff coming out?  plus psp/ps3 connectivity should be showing it's true colors when the ps3 becomes more mainstream.mthe1337one

No.. the psp is not dead, yet. I still play on it since last year and still lots of support from devs

When is a console dead? When is a living being officially alive? When it's heart starts beating? When it's brain starts working on it's own without copying the actions of other kids?

The PSP may be dead in the eyes of your friend.

But in our eyes, the PSP is a little hyperactive kid waiting to be activated and become the best handheld for years to come.

a next gen psp will come out, and thats when the psp will die, in fact it never lived! its an electronic device.

Hopefully this next gen psp would have 2! count em' 2! analog sticks, nubs, doo dah or whatever you want to call it!

mine kinda is, i really only use it to play tekken and thats like once a month, i feal that game developers havent put nearly as much money towards psp research as xbox 360 and consoles

id reccomend tekken, syphon filter, maybe even mega man powered up once you get past the graphics, the gameplay is quite enjoyable and the level designer keeps the game from getting old once you beat it witch is what i feal the psp is lack, replayablity in its games

I'm 30 years old and been gaming for 20 years I don't even own a home console. With the xbox 360 only being out a year and the wii and ps3 still in thier infancy. I decided to pass on buying a next gen system till thiers some decent games.

I've sold my xbox ps2 and cube because I've played all the games. So I started looking at handhelds and I put alot of thought into it. The DS has some cool looking old school games and I'm a big fan of nintendo but over all the PSP looked like an amazing peice of hardware.

I just bought a psp and I'm still learning what it's possible of and I'm blown away. Two of my friends are now also looking into buying one.

I only have atv offroad fury but so far I'm downloading mp3's and using the wi fi.

The PSP kick some seroius a$$ and I'm glad I bought it.  

same with me i don't even have any games for it yet it's so fun am on it hours on end Hman321
