That's not a joke or any trolling. My friend was playing Hot shots golf, like he usually do. When, after 2 18Holes, he wanted to go online to get the new players (those you buy 0.99$ each) and... the PS3 returns to the XMB and eject the disc. He see it, he push it back into the console... "Unable to read" He take the disc, look at it, it seems ok... He starts to think his PS3 just broke, tries another game, it works! So, if the game plays, let's try back hot shots golf! "Unable to read". Damn... He looks another time at the disk... THERE!, the disc is cracked IN THE CENTER... it's just long enough to get to the "data".
So I ask you, have you ever heard of something like this before? I don't see any reason for a disk to crack in the center else than the heat. Since his PS3 is in an only front open area. like this |__| and the ps3 look like [] in it, which doesn't leave mush space for the heat to get out. And he has a 7.1 surround right on the shelf under it. And that thing it incredibly HOT. Is you'Ve ever heard of this, please comment... I told im to get is Ps3 outta there, because I don'T see any other reason why the disk could have broke in the center, but maybe you have other explanation...
