Here are the games I plan to purchase in 2008:

Midnight Club: Los Angeles

SOCOM: Confrontation

LittleBigPlanet

PixelJunk Eden

What do you all think? Any more to add? Any ones to take off?

You might consider Bioshock or Brutal Legend. That is, if Brutal Legend still makes it out this year. You might also wanna check out Lego Batman. It looks pretty promising. More so than the previous Lego titles.watson_twenty5

What is Brutal Legend. I don't like the Lego games at all and Bioshock is a maybe.

i woudlnt buy eden i played the demo and didnt liked it, midnight club, i dont know, the others are great buys, i`d add resistance 2 motorstorm, disgaea 3, and thats it i thinkpsyum

I sort of liked the demo and I love trophies :D. I wouldn't mind Resistance 2. I'm trying to get into the beta of that. Do you mean MotorStorm 2 or the original? I have the original but I won't be getting the second one because I wasn't very satisfied with the first one.

i meant motorstorm2 :P i didnt buy the original cuz the lack of 2 player offline, but now that they have added that im gonna buy it, i played the demo of motorstorm a lot of time and i loved the game, yeah i like trophies too but im not gonna buy it just because of that, if u liked the demo then its ok,:)....... and R2 is gonna be sick!! 60 players online ( its 60 right? ) 2 campaigns (1 single player, 1 coop) :Dpsyum

naa i have seen people with a lot more, but its just that i dont have the money to buy more games, i want to buy burnout now that there are some good updates and trophies :)

Yea i got Warhawk and PAIN. Warhawk has 56 trophies and PAIN has a mere 7 available to me but still the only ones I have collected so far are from SSHD which was a decent game but got boring pretty quick.

Brutal Legend is a game where you play a roadie that's transported to the Metal World by his belt buckle. The belt buckle is a mystical item of sorts. The roadie had no idea it possessed such powers. Jack Black plays the roadie and the game is from the mind of Tim Schaefer. Hoagie from Day of the Tentacle is kind of an early build of the main character of Brutal Legend.
