The clicking sound could be the UMD laser lent or something like that, open the PSP and try to align the lent position.

We got in a big fight the other night, and because I would rather go to the living room and cool off, instead of have the war get worse in the room...I totally forgot my PSP in the bedroom! Next thing you know I hear a squeak of the door open, and then a "whooosh" sound and then, "CRASH"!

Seriously though....if ANYONE....can take an expensive piece of equipment....and do harm to it....they don't deserve to exist in this world!! J/K....but people who break stuff(OTHER PEOPLES STUFF) when they get angry...arenot the type of people you want around a $1,000 HDTV, a $350 XBOX360, a $400 PS3....etc., just think about it!

Oh and about your PSP....just buy a new one....and get the silver version!!
