My ps3 just died (not YLOD)

I start a game then ps3 just turns off randomly. It did not overheat because it is in an open space. I tried turning on but it it does not go on. It gives me a red blinking beeping light. my controller doesn't turn it on. I never heard / seen this problem before. Top it off is one of my game discs is still in the system. This sucks so much. Hope my extended warrenty will cover this. But what about the game inside? Why now. Im speechless.

I got the 80BC. Sort of good news though I got my game back. Also I got it to turn on again but not going to take any other chance.

Did it blink yellow before the red light if so thats the ylod..and i dont think sony will get the game disc out when they send you a refurbish ps3 back
