My PS3 keeps freezing/crashing when playing MW2....WTF

it doesnt happen all the time but it happens. online mostly. wtf is going on. it freezes then i have to turn my ps3 off then turn it baack on. does this happen to any1 els? is it the game or the ps3?

It could be the start of blu-ray failure.

This happened to me all the time with COD4. IW doesn't know a thing about online stability. It's not going to get any better than that.

Happened to me twice today. The exact same thing would happen to me once in awhile with COD4.

It happens twice in splitscreen to me. It pissed me off. My brother had rented it. I decided not to buy it because of that. And it doesn't happen during any other game, so its not the drive.
