Yeah, well I'm old enough to handle it. I personally have played a bunch of M rated games and you don't see me shooting people in a rampage. I have Halo 3 also, but thats pretty mild.carddudeRated M for Mild.
That's what most games are now.:)

good for you kid, that your parents care about that
I don't know if you're serious, Fitipali, but I totally second that. I'm glad to see not all parents dropped the ball when educating their kids.

Wtf is that supposed to mean?I want that game so much, but my parents are spazes about M games.carddude
My parents just got leniant on the whole "M" game thing last year when we got Resistance. Now, she's fine with us playing M games. Of course... I am 16 now. I know people who have been playing M games since they were 10. :P Which reminds me... I need my mom to come with me to get the Orange Box tomorrow... crap.

I think that M games need to be dropped to 16+ or something like in Europe. It's kind of ridiculous. They either need to do that or add something in between M and T. Frankly, I think Uncharted is worse than Resistance in terms of swearing, violence, and blood, yet Uncharted got a T and Resistance got an M. It doesn't really make sense. So, basically, your kid can get hold of worse games than M games because they have the letter T on them just because the ESRB can't keep consistent with their ratings.
yes the whole M thing. i have convinced my parents that i am mature enough to play M games( a while back that is) thank god tho that in a few months i am 17 and can buy games like the orange box WITHOUT having to get my parents to come for the ride!HerktheSnake
I have another ten and a half months. :P

I was playing GTA3 when I was 12 or 13. I'm not adversely affected by having played it. The only people who should have a problem who can't differentiate between what is acceptable in a game and what is acceptable in real life. I'm pretty sure shielding such people from a game where there is a bit of blood is a minute step towards helping them. Only much more drastic measures will actually help, I think.
Anyway, on topic, I don't see how you can make such judgements on KZ2 just yet. It's nice to see that you're interested though, and I agree with you on the first KZ. Also, I'd be surprised if it had no map whatsoever.

The thing is that when a kid is playing that kind of games since 8 or less, And parents don´t give a sh!t about it, the child it´s seriously affected and will become a terrorist in the futureor something
i´ve seen kids like that with 10 years old, they talk BS like it´s just a game, he even imagines stuff thatlikes a Mortal Kombat fatality or something, and you think parents give a sh!t? no, they think ´´Ohhh so cute, he´s talking BS, leave it, it´s just a video game´´
so having a parent that cares about that stuff, and cares about you, it´s going to help you one way or another
