My TV/PS3/HDMI Fail At Life.

ok, this has happened to me a couple times now. ill turn on my tv and PS3 and and out of nowhere the sound will stop, and the scereen turns into some crazy ass color or go blank. ive tried turning off turning on the ps3 and the tv, the 5 second reset thingy, and even switching the cables. if anyone has had a simmilar problem, let me know how you fixed it? please?

If it only does that over HDMI it could be a HDCP issue. In which case it's probably the fault of the TV.

it'll do the same thing from the AVI outputs too, but i put it on another TV (not HD) and it worked fine, so maybe ya its the tv

sounds like it IS the tv not maybe.

either your tv really sucks or you have cheap HDMI cables or both.
