I dont even know who Nathan, Marcus and master chief are... But even if I did, I'd bet on Solid Snake all by himself, afterall he's not a hero, he's a legend.
Phoenix can be taken out with a tranq dart to the face, but Master Chief is pretty armored. Snake and Hale are guna hafta double team him or use CQC to slam him into the floor and knock him out.

i'd say Solid Snake and Ratchet and Clank would be better tahn snake an hale. and besides, ratchet could totally pwn both phoenix and hale i mean he has the frickin Ryno 1 through 3

Metal Gear Rex is a walking nuclear equipped battle tank, 10 times taller than master chief... Solid Snake could take on those 3 jabronis with his barehands and a lit up cigerette.
