It's pretty simple. When you sign up for a network account, (I suggest making a new Ps3 login for it.) all you need to do is select the country you want for the region's store.

Ex. if you want Europe's PSN store select England as a country when you sign up. Japan or countries where English is not the main language are tricky b/c they're not in English.

I've posted this twice and made a topic but the topic went down the drain so here it is again...

Making a Japan and UK account is real easy. All you have to do is open the XMB, scroll all the way to the left and click "New Account." Follow the onscreen instructions until you see an option to choose your country of residence. Making the UK account won't be a problem because it's in English, but making the Japanese account would be very difficult if you don't know Japanese. Here's a website I used when I made my Japanese account that gives you step-by-step instructions.

When you enter the PS Store with the Japanese or UK account, you can download items that the US store doesnt have, ie: Folk Soul Demo in the Japanese store, and The Darkness demo in the UK store. Those are just a few examples, but I believe the UK store also has Wipeout.

One pointer: the only tricky part about making international accounts is that you must have a zip code from the country of the account you are making. So for the Japan account, I used Hiroshimas zip code, (I can't remember of the top of my head.) And for my UK account, I used a zipcode from a website I found from a company's website from the UK. Just google Japan or UK zipcodes and you'll be all set.

Hope this helps everyone!
