Need a FAQ/Walkthrough for Untold Legends 2 Warriors Code

yeah I know the game is old as dirt but I promised myself I'd finish the collection of PSP games I have before buying any more. Now I'm on a personal quest not to let the gaming industry get the best of me (buying more games without finishing the ones I have).

Can anyone help with a FAQ or Walkthrough? If not maybe you've finished it and can help me where I'm stuck.

I am in chapter IV and I need to speak to the priest Cimidos in Sumdai Village. The quest is called a favor for sumdai. It seems I need to talk to an elder but I can't get to him to talk as there are rocks blocking the way. I see an NPC down att he bottom of the map but I don't see how to get access to him/her. I am a level 36 Warrior. I'm sure it is something really stupid I'm missing but your help is appreciated.

thanks. Works great. Now I'm feeding some wall and trying to open a gate....good times. They could have made the ramps and access walkways more obvious.
