Need For Speed: Shift, gets a 9.0 from IGN

Well it seems the series has finally made a comeback, after 4 years... i swore to never buy another NFS game after playing Pro street. But looks like i'm wrong.

It looks pretty good to me. The last NFS that I liked was wanted.

The last great NFS game I played was NFS Underground for PS2. Now it looks like I'll get to play another good NFS game... finally! :D

I don't look at the number so whatever.

but from the review it seems like the game has racing sim feel but arcade-type of control. I fail to see how that is a good thing.

Looks like I'll be waiting for GT5. If I want sim I want real sim all the way, rather than half-arsed sim.

I dont car much for the ratings also but i think this will be an incredible whiteknuckled experience with my DFGT while i wait for GT5.

Theirs to many other better racing games that have come out or are coming out that I would rather buy.

This game wasnt realy overhyped about so im preaty sure the score its smack on.

Probably one of the nicer surprises this year :D

Doesnt really look too good for me, ill see if demo.

Does anyone know if Shift will fully support the G25?
