Need help buying a HDMI Cable and games for my PS3 In Australia.

I need some help. First off when the PS3 comes out here in Australia I am going to need to get a HDMI cable for my PS3 to hook it up to my HD TV, what I  want to know is if I get a cable that is cheap will it work just a well as a expensive one.

Also due to me paying for an extended warranty as well as a HDMI cable along with the console I am probably only going to have only only enough money to buy one game first off when I get another one or two after for money reasons. My problem is I don't know which game to get first and what game to get second an third and also if for some reason my first choice is not available what should I get instead. I also still have a lot of PS2 games that I am playing and with TAFE and wrk I don't have enough tie to play to much until the holidays. I have narrowed it down to this list of games:-

• Resitance: Fall of Man
• MotorStorm
• Gundam- Target in Sight
• Sonic the Hedghog
• Echanted Arms

I wouldn't waste money on a really expensive HDMI lead, they are less susceptible to interfearance as with the old analogue technology, so save your cash & by a standard one

In regards to games, what's your preference ? if you like FPS's then Resistance has to be the title you go for, if however racing is yor thing then Motorstorm if deffinetly worth a look

Im an RPG fan aswell and Im also getting a PS3 on launch day in Australia with motorstorm and resistance. From what ive read and heard they will be the best two games to get launch day. By the way are you buying FFXII tomorrow, i am and i cant wait.deeble
