need help for ps3

I'm going to get a ps3 this Summer and need help to picl 1 out. I want it to be backwards compatable so i can play ps2 games on it. But I don't have that much money. Is it worth buying 1 that has high memory? Like does your memory go down fast?

If you want BC, you don't have much of a choice, you gotta look for one old 60/80gb PS3. But it's harder to find one of those never out of the box, so if you are not so lucky there, well there's nothing wrong with the newer models.GreenGoblin2099
