I'm going to get a ps3 this Summer and need help to picl 1 out. I want it to be backwards compatable so i can play ps2 games on it. But I don't have that much money. Is it worth buying 1 that has high memory? Like does your memory go down fast?
If you want BC, you don't have much of a choice, you gotta look for one old 60/80gb PS3. But it's harder to find one of those never out of the box, so if you are not so lucky there, well there's nothing wrong with the newer models.

as goblin said, if you want BC you've gotta find an older ps3. as for memory size, i had an original 60 GB and it took me about a year/year and a half to fill up the hard drive. i've since replaced it with a 320 GB, which was surprisingly easy and only cost me about 100 bucks. basically, HD size doesn't matter a whole lot because you can replace it for relatively cheap and with ease. if it's BC that's important to you, you're going to have to go bargain shopping for an old 60/80.
