A drop like that can cause a lot of things to go wrong. If it's still underwarrantee, send it back to Sony. It'll take some time, but you'll have a new, working PSP again.

Well depending on where you got it, if you got it today then you should be able to exchange if not also remember Sony gives a free 1 year warrenty when you buy a PSP. Atleast thats what I was told and what sony told me when I called them....

"Accident" and "Warranty"

Those words are great. I knew exactly what he meant with how he wrote them even though they aren't spelled correctly. I can see how he would spell them based on how they sound. PS: I'm not being a douche...I really think those are great interpretations of both words...

I'm not an expert at PSP's but when my psp jams I usually take out the memory card and/or the Battery and try again, thats all I can think of that doesnt involve opening it up or sending it back :P Good luck

well if you dropped it on accident, then it's your fault. The typical manufacturer Warranty will probably not cover that. A warranty usually covers defects only. That is why stores sell those protection plans. Stores like best buy, Target, Walmart, and Game stop usually sell accidental damage warranties for like $20 when people buy a console. That way if you some how break your stuff, they just give you a new one. My advice CALL SONY. They MIGHT have you send it to them. OR if you want to be dishonest, put everything back in the box and try to exchange it at Walmart (or wherever you bought it)
